Mobile tickets provide a more convenient and secure digital ticketing system. You won’t need to receive or print a paper ticket for the event. Instead, you’ll receive an email from the team, venue, or primary ticket provider, inviting you to accept the mobile tickets. If you don’t already have an account, you may need to create one for free using the same email address you provided when placing your order.
On the day of the event, simply present your tickets on your mobile device at the gate—no need to visit Will Call. The usher will scan your device to grant entry, and your entire party must enter the venue together. If your group is arriving separately, you can transfer some or all of your tickets through the same platform where you accepted them.
Do not send screenshots as many venues use rotating barcodes where the QR/barcode is changed every so often for security purposes.
