1) You will receive an email from Ticketmaster inviting you to accept your mobile tickets once the tickets are sent, normally no later than 24-48 hours prior to an event. Look for subject lines containing ‘Your Ticket Transfer Offer’ or ‘Sent You Tickets’. Please also check your spam folder as well as any promotions folders you may have.
2) Click the "Accept Tickets" button within the email from Ticketmaster and follow the prompts. If you do not already have an account with Ticketmaster, you will be required to create a free account.
Once the steps above are taken, the tickets will be in your Ticketmaster account and available for the venue to scan within the Ticketmaster app on your mobile device for entry.
