1) You will receive an email from AXS inviting you to accept your mobile tickets. Look for subject lines containing ‘Your Ticket Transfer Offer’ or ‘Tickets Just Got Sent To You’, 'AXS' or the event itself. Please also check your spam folder as well as any promotions folders you may have. If you already have an AXS account you will not need to accept or claim the tickets.
2) Follow the instructions provided in the email from AXS to access your tickets. If you don't have an existing account with AXS, you'll need to create a free account using the same email you used to purchase your tickets. If you already have an account associated with the email address used to purchase your tickets, no further action is required, and you'll find the tickets directly in your AXS account.
When you arrive at the venue, open the AXS app on your mobile device and click the ticket icon at the bottom of the screen. Select your event and your tickets will display.
