1) You will receive an email from SeatGeek letting you know you have a pending transfer in your SeatGeek account. Look for subject lines containing ‘Your tickets are available’, ‘SeatGeek’ or the event itself. Please also check your spam folder as well as any promotions folders you may have.
2) If you already have a SeatGeek account: Log into the SeatGeek mobile app and accept the transfer in the Tickets section of your account.
If you do not have a SeatGeek account: You will be prompted to create one. Use the same email address the tickets were purchased with, in order to complete the transfer and access your tickets.
When you arrive at the venue, open the SeatGeek app on your mobile device and click the ticket icon at the bottom of the screen. Select your event and your tickets will display
