1) You will receive an email from the venue, team or event Account Manager (Powered by Ticketmaster) inviting you to accept your mobile tickets. Look for subject lines containing ‘Your Ticket Transfer Offer’ or ‘Sent You Tickets’ as well as the venue or event. Please also check your spam folder as well as any promotions folders you may have.
2) Click the "Accept Tickets" or "View and Save Tickets' button within the email from the Account Manager (Powered by Ticketmaster) and follow the prompts. If you do not already have an account with Ticketmaster, you will be required to create a free account.
If you are unable to locate the transfer email, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the Account Manager Landing page for the venue or team and select the Sign In/Sign Up icon.
- Sign in using your Ticketmaster account linked to the email address you used to purchase the tickets. If you do not have an account, create a free one using your this email address.
- Complete the form, add your phone number and/or agree to the terms and conditions if necessary.
- Go to 'Manage Events/Tickets', or 'My Events/Tickets' on a mobile device and select the event itself to view your tickets.
Once the steps above are taken, the tickets will be in your Account Manager and available for the venue to scan from your mobile device for entry. You can also add the tickets to a digital wallet from here.
